NIVARO HEAT currently ships within Canada.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 CAD per order unless a different promotion or shipping offer is shown at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. NIVARO HEAT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact our customer support team and we will help investigate the issue.

International Shipping
NIVARO HEAT currently ships within Canada. International shipping, including the United States, will be introduced as additional markets become available.
