By accessing the NIVARO HEAT website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and manufacturing differences.

NIVARO HEAT Heated Gloves require 6 AAA batteries total — 3 per glove. Batteries are not included. Battery performance and heating duration can vary depending on battery quality, temperature, and conditions of use.

The gloves are splash-resistant, not waterproof. They should not be submerged in water or washed.

Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error involving pricing, inventory, payment, suspected fraud, or product availability. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Proper Use
Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and using compatible batteries properly. NIVARO HEAT is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, washing, submerging the gloves, improper battery installation, modification, or other customer-caused damage.

Intellectual Property
NIVARO HEAT branding, website content, graphics, and original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version displayed on our website at the time of use will apply.
